Cross-Border Access for Every Use Case

Research, AI tools and international streaming each have different needs. VPNEI lays out route, device and billing details separately, so you can check the service requirements before choosing a subscription.

180+ Routes

More Route Options During Peak Hours

When accessing international websites, peak-hour performance depends on your local network, cross-border routing and the destination service. VPNEI offers IEPL dedicated lines, relay and direct routes, giving you different paths to compare for the same task. If pages start loading slowly, keep the destination region the same and try another route, then check whether loading and connectivity improve. The number of routes represents the range of choices available; it does not mean every route performs the same at all times. Before relying on a route long term, test it on your usual network and during the times you normally use it.

Military-Grade Encryption

Protect Your Connection and Account Access

VPNEI highlights military-grade encryption to describe protection for data in transit over an encrypted connection. When using a network acceleration service, keep your account password and subscription link secure as well. The link lets your client retrieve configuration details, so don't post it in public chats or include it in screenshots. Always check the website domain and its secure-connection indicator; encrypted routing does not prove that the destination website is safe. On shared devices, sign out of the user dashboard and delete screenshots containing subscription details to reduce the risk of account information being misused.

Keep Account Details Private

Use a unique password. Before sharing a troubleshooting screenshot, hide your subscription link and account details.

Know the Limits of Connection Security

Route encryption cannot verify the destination website or change a third-party service's privacy policy.

Unlimited Devices

Connect Computers and Mobile Devices at the Same Time

VPNEI supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux, with no limit on the number of devices connected simultaneously. While you research international sources on a work computer, other devices can continue their own tasks without repeatedly disconnecting to switch devices. Use the client for each platform and get your subscription through the user dashboard. After importing it, check the configuration and connection status on each device. Unlimited devices refers to the simultaneous device limit, not unlimited data; consider usage across all devices when choosing a plan.

AI Tool Access Starts with the Right Exit Region

If ChatGPT won't open, Discord disconnects or an AI page keeps loading, the cause may be the network route—or account permissions and regional requirements. VPNEI offers international routes that can help you check the cross-border connection. Before using an AI tool, confirm which regions the service supports, choose a suitable exit region and test access. Opening the page does not mean you have access to paid features; third-party accounts and subscriptions are managed by their respective platforms. Keep the same exit region during a session when possible to avoid extra verification prompts from switching regions.

Check the Service Requirements First

Match the route region to the tool's supported regions, and check account eligibility with the platform.

Then Check the Connection

Distinguish page, sign-in and session errors. Keep the original error message to help identify the issue.

180+ Routes

For Streaming, Test Playback

Content catalogs on Netflix, Disney+ and HBO depend on the exit region, account region and each platform's policies. VPNEI's international routes let you choose a region, but a route name alone cannot guarantee that content will play. After choosing a route, open the specific title and check whether it loads and keeps playing; reaching the home page is only the first step. If you see a region or proxy warning, save the full error message and try another route in the same region. Third-party streaming platforms determine their own subscriptions and content rights.

Test the Specific Content

Check playback with a show you actually watch; don't stop at confirming the platform's home page opens.

Separate Account and Network Issues

Check content permissions, region messages and loading failures separately.

30 Days

No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy—Read the Terms

VPNEI offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy, so you can evaluate whether the service fits your actual needs. Before getting started, review the plan details and terms of use. Then test the connection on your usual devices and local network, and with the websites you need to access. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user dashboard with your order details. Eligibility is subject to the terms page. Refund terms, monthly data resets and data pack rules are explained separately, so check each one rather than relying on button copy alone.

International Routes and Regions

100+ countries and 180+ routes. Here are examples of routes in popular regions. Before choosing an exit region, check the destination service's regional requirements, then compare different paths within that region. A region closer to you isn't necessarily the best fit for the website you're accessing.

Route Type Doesn't Guarantee Results

IEPL dedicated lines, relay and direct routes describe how traffic is routed; the name alone can't predict how a particular website will perform. If an account requires a consistent region, compare routes within that region first. For general browsing, adjust the exit region based on actual loading results. During testing, keep the device, destination page and local network unchanged so you can identify the cause if performance changes.

If a page opens but sign-in fails, check the account status and the destination platform's messages. If nothing loads, first check your local network and client configuration. The routes page explains path differences, while the user guide covers testing and troubleshooting. Using both is more likely to produce repeatable results than switching routes at random.

Primary and Backup Routes

Once you've confirmed your usual tasks work, keep one route for everyday use and identify a backup in the same region. If a connection problem occurs, try the backup route before changing regions. Keeping the region consistent can reduce unrelated variables during AI sessions, work account access and streaming.

The route status figures below are displayed by the route component and can help you compare routes. They are not guarantees of actual download speeds or destination service availability. Judge each route against your own needs: whether pages load, sessions stay connected and shows play. “Connected” in the interface is illustrative and does not mean your current device is connected.

To check your current exit IP, use IP Lookup. For configuration issues, follow the User Manual and check each item.

Clients and Subscription Import

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client downloads are available through the user dashboard. Sign in to get your subscription there; the marketing site does not provide public installers or direct subscription links.

From Account Setup to Connection

No email required; sign up with a username and password. In the user dashboard, check your plan and subscription status first, then open the client downloads and choose the option for your device. Get your subscription, import it into the client and update the configuration. Once the route list appears, choose a route that meets the destination region's requirements, connect, and test with a website you use regularly.

A subscription link isn't a regular bookmark; it contains the information your client needs to retrieve its configuration. Save it somewhere you control, and don't include the full link in a public support request. To move from one computer to another device, get the subscription through the user dashboard again and check that it imports correctly on the new device.

What to Check After Importing

First check that the subscription is active, the client has loaded its configuration and the selected route matches the destination region. Turning on the connection is just the first step; make sure the destination page loads afterward. If no routes appear in the client, check the import and update the configuration. If only a particular service fails, keep its error message and continue troubleshooting the website or account.

Check data usage and subscription details in the dashboard during regular use, then update the client configuration. Don't run multiple network acceleration clients at the same time while troubleshooting, as their configurations may conflict. For your first setup, follow the Getting Started Guide. For maintenance and advanced settings, see the Complete User Manual.

Choose a Monthly Plan or Data Pack

Choose a billing option based on whether you use the service regularly or occasionally, then select a data allowance that fits your needs. Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Data packs remain available until used and never expire. There is no simultaneous device limit, but consider data needs across all your devices.

60GB Monthly Plan

¥9.9/month

If you mainly browse, check email and use text-based AI tools, start by estimating your usage with a smaller data allowance.

  • 60GB, resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 30-Day Refund Policy
Choose This Plan

250GB Monthly Plan

¥18/month

If you also stream video or transfer files alongside everyday browsing, consider this plan based on your dashboard usage.

  • 250GB, resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 30-Day Refund Policy
Choose This Plan

500GB Monthly Plan

¥28/month

For regular use across multiple devices, with frequent video streaming and file transfers, choose a larger data allowance and keep an eye on usage.

  • 500GB, resets monthly on the activation date
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 30-Day Refund Policy
Choose This Plan

Occasional Use? Explore Data Packs

¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB. Data packs remain available until used and never expire. If your usage varies, compare a pack that draws down your remaining data with a monthly plan that resets, then choose the option that best fits your schedule.

The key difference between data packs and monthly plans is how you use them—not simply the price. Monthly plans suit ongoing access needs, while data packs let you keep unused data for occasional use. Actual usage varies by content and activity: video streaming, file transfers and text searches can't be estimated in the same way. The homepage doesn't convert data allowances into a fixed amount of viewing or browsing time.

Resets, Upgrades and Payments

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not on a fixed calendar date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Check the order details in the user dashboard before proceeding. Choosing a larger data plan changes your allowance; it is not a promise of faster speeds for every destination service.

Pay with Alipay / WeChat / USDT. A 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy is available. When comparing plans, consider billing type, data allowance, reset rules and refund terms together. Check how the service works with your devices and destinations before deciding. Full prices and data pack details are on the plans page, ready to check again if your needs change.

Plan suggestions are intended to help you choose; they don't guarantee a set duration of use or a specific amount of content. View All Plans →

Subscription Basics and Usage Guides

Learn how subscription links and data rules work before comparing services and routes. These articles start with common questions and help you distinguish network issues from account problems and billing choices.

Before relying on a service long term, test whether it works with your usual network, destination websites and devices, then monitor data usage. When comparing services, don't judge by coverage figures, a single loading test or plan price alone. Make sure you can find clear details on routes, subscription rules and support resources. VPNEI lists pricing on the plans page, route details on the routes page, and setup and maintenance instructions in its guides and manual, so you can check the right information when questions come up.
